Ronkey (our miniature donkey), is a feisty little super star! He absolutely LOVES people. He hee haws every time he sees us walking past the fence if we don’t stop to give him attention. Ronkey will sprint to you when you walk up to the fence, so you have to be ready to take in some mini-donkey love when he gets to you because he’s bringing it full force. Ronkey’s ears make him stand out from the Hoofy Nay Nay crowd when he’s roaming in the paddock with the herd.
A Cute Story About Ronkey
Ronkey used to spend a lot of his time with the mini goats here at Hyatt Haven Ranch. One day there was a pretty bad rainstorm and while checking on the animals, we noticed that Ronkey was nowhere to be found in the paddock! Before we started searching all over the ranch, we heard the cutest little hee haw coming out of the goat enclosure. Turns out that Ronkey had become such good friends with the goats that they invited him into their tiny goat house so he could have shelter from the storm. That’s just an example of how special Ronkey's loving personality is.
Final Thoughts About Ronkey
Ronkey is absolutely hilarious! You will fall in love with him the moment you meet him! Although it may be tempting to take him home, you'll have to just make sure to visit him often at Hyatt Haven Ranch!
